I first went to Dr. Kanazawa in 1997. It was a Saturday, I was in a lot of pain from an infected tooth, I was about to go on a trip, and my regular dentist wouldn't see me. A friend referred me to Dr. Kanazawa. Even though I had not been his patient previously, he was willing to see me on that Saturday. I have been going to him ever since, even though I live 23 miles away. He is caring and compassionate as well as a very fine dentist. He spends time explaining things and presenting options. He is so skillful at administering an injection that it is virtually painless! He has a great staff also. And his charges are quite reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Kanazawa.

I know Dr Peter to be a man of great integrity, honor, and humility. As a dentist, he is knowledgeable, honest, compassionate, patient and easily accessible in case of emergencies (of which I have had several). He possesses great communication skills which is important to me as he can explain in detail the reasons dental problems occur and the preventive/corrective action needed. He also takes the time to educate me in oral hygiene and dental care.

Dental work (and even dental cleaning) has always given me undue stress and anxiety. Over the years, Dr Peter and his entire staff have helped to minimize my stress because of their compassionate attitude and their calm approach.

Their office is very clean which I appreciate especially in this Covid season. The Covid protocols they have in place to protect the staff and patients does not go unnoticed and I appreciate all their efforts to keep everyone safe.

Switched to Dr. Kanazawa a couple of years ago, after a series of dissapointment with the quality of care I was receiving at "an other dental office", not to mention the ineptitude of their administrative offices. Dr. Kanazawa's practice is an old school one man operation, family oriented, and he and his staff provide a refreshing attention to detail that is the exact opposite of what I was receiving at HFDC. He is extremely meticulous in his work, and is not satisfied until you are. Glad I made the switch.
